Thank goodness. I thought she was actually going to do some REAL RESEARCH. As in, looking up the State Bureau of Conveyances, looking into the County requirements for establishing a REAL HOA/Planned Community, or even just state and federal laws regarding contractual law and disclosure.
Whew! All of us have been spared Julie's "expertise."
So, now that we are past all that, does anyone have any thoughts, info, regarding substandard subdivisions in Puna, Hawaii and the difference between road maintenance associations, voluntary community associations, planned communities and HOAs?
