Roads Are Easements Not Planned Communities Or HOAs
"Make HPPOA wait!"

For what? Hell to freeze over?

You seem to think that by everyone waiting until the last day to pay their road fees is somewhat a form of punishment. And the ego in you makes it into a "well deserved" punishment.

I have explained, in basic English language as well as shown how the accounting principles work that HPPOA uses that you are NOT in any way punishing anything that HPPOA is or does. It is a nonsensical topic that, outside of you continually posting your completely wrong, misguided and quite frankly useless method of protest is not doing one damn thing to the organization you are protesting.

Further, according to the June 30, 2024 audited financial statements, HPPOA is sitting on 4.1 million in "liquid cash" another 2.2 million of "cash" in short term Certificates of Deposit as well as 1.9 million in "cash" in "deferred" road fees - which are road fees paid to HPPOA for future years outside of the current fiscal year - in other words, HPP residents have "prepaid" their road fees to the tune of 1.9 million. In "cash."

So, for the 100th plus time, your "simple and silent protest" is a fool's errand. And really is nothing more than about you being egotistical and speaking about something you have no real knowledge about.

And I know you can't admit you are wrong. To the handful of a few dozen followers, you fancy yourself as their "messiah" who can do and speak no wrong. (And the ego it takes to be that)

Even when, as you are in this "simple and silent protest" completely wrong.
