Yeah... Not a doctor obviously, but having seen some similar symptoms in elderly relatives, not sure what can be done on the forum other than trying to advocate for getting tests done. As mentioned earlier, it seems the impairment itself tends to prevent recognizing the impairment, as even when provided with evidence of mistakes, misrememberings, and misunderstandings, there is always an excuse or external explanation. It's a strange sort of blinkered perspective that leads them to consider the evidence provided and say "doesn't look like anything to me". (IYKYK)
