The Bicker Board

[MyManao]

I promise to stay away..

Really?

And since I am at it I'll observe, national issues are, more and more it seems, local issues.

The fact that HVO, a national organization, won’t be able to pay its rent, is a local issue.. we had a thread about that I think..

The fact that recently implemented federal policies are harassing and harming the local farming industry.. I think there's been a thread or two about that..

Tourists coming to visit us who are harassed by federal agents.. gee, where have I heard that one?

Local healthcare clinics that may be shuttered because of national pilikia.. wow, that was a thread too, yeah?

Our federal tax dollars not being returned to us here locally in the form of grants for education, food programs, healthcare initiatives.. science..

The cooperative nature of the state and federal in our land management..

I could go on, and on, and you know what? the federal and the local are tied at the hip big time brah.. that’s the consequences of our..

Wait a minute, you say we, locally, didn’t vote for all this?
