Just because you need someone's services doesn't entitle them to gouge you. Taking advantage of people in need is garbage. I would vote for laws that cap compensation and charges for all services to a maximum per-hour. Maximum wage (including non-wage income loopholes) might do something to reverse wealth-inequality.
