For going on about people's cognitive abilities, you seem to have overlooked that the agencies tout their working together and both have been shown to perform detentions and arrests, even on U.S. citizens. If you've going to so slavishly presume their activities to be lawful, then they actually have to be known to follow the law, unlike what we've seen in Hawaii and elsewhere.
But being CBP maybe they're just here to enforce some of those arbitrary and dictatorial tariffs instead, so they should be granted the traditional American welcome for customs agents?
