Did I say that? Imply it? What I did imply is I never saw them away from Kahului Airport, Kahului Harbor, or Lahaina Harbor. Except when driving to and from those locations. If I saw a vehicle away from ports of entry, like Pahoa, like Kula, I might wonder what they’re up to.
You seem to know, care to share? Can they drive a government vehicle around the island for personal use? Seems like a good place for a cutback of federal spending right here in Puna. So kids can eat.
