They are the only two federal satellite missions that were designed and built specifically to monitor planet-warming greenhouse gases."
Now, knowing your discernment for, and to provide even more factual information, the two satellites I am referring to are known as:
Orbiting Carbon Observatory-2 which is a free flying satellite that was launched just 10 years ago. The link provides valuable detailed information as to its mission and what data it provides and all that neat scientist stuff.
Then, there is Orbiting Carbon Observatory-3 which is an instrument that was launched in 2019 and is currently attached to the International Space Station. Further, the link also provides valuable detailed information as to its mission and what data it provides and all that neat scientist stuff.
I hope you find the embedded links to this supplemental information beneficial.
If it's too hard to click on them, or to read, perhaps maybe I could narrate them for you and send you an audio file? Just let me know what is more convenient for you.
My apologies for the delayed response; I've been busy. However, your post confirms what I already knew. And just to be clear, you mentioned a "set of satellites". In reality, what exists is one satellite, OCO-2, and one instrument, OCO-3, the latter being designed to operate on the International Space Station. That is not a set of satellites; it's one satellite and one instrument. However, I'll accept your misuse of sarcasm and request that you do indeed narrate the info for me because I don't think you understand what you are talking about.
