Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids in Hawaii

I agree the policy has no sense of proportionality, but is it actually going to happen? I.e., will it actually end up with UH students and agricultural workers in Hawaii being deported? I see it as another nonsensical threat from the current administration, which has no plan to follow up on any of its policies.
