Hawaii's "worst of the worst" taken off our streets:
For an agency that works under an administration adverse to numbers and counting, it boggles the mind that they fly thousands of miles to show those of us who can add and subtract what results when you combine quotas with struggling to climb the bell curve on the upward side.
