Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raids in Hawaii
estimating they will suffer crop losses of 20% to 30% this year.

Crop losses only because the coffee won’t be picked due to lack of workers. Workers from previous years were laborers, not criminals, and Americans citizens have not rushed in to take those jobs. Which we were told were taken from American workers.

So to sum up, in the case of Kona and Kau coffee pickers there were no “worst of the worst” and the jobs immigrants filled can’t or won’t be done by Americans.

It’s a policy of lose, lose.
