"Yak - As for why we have even fewer studies, that's thanks to your boys cutting funding for science both in Hawaii and at medical research institutes nationwide."
Which is correct - here, in Hawai'i, we don't do (much of) that research needed so that in the future "medical technology will have advanced enough to save all of our lungs by the time the effects become apparent!" and now we, in Hawai'i, are doing even less, because of cuts to local and national science funding from the federal administration that you support. What part of this are you objecting to?
The links provided cover all this in more depth, the post is entirely self-explaining if you take some time to read, so maybe stop and do that instead of jumping to conclusions?
If I didn't bother to provide tons of info and just made claims and accusations without any support, that would make me some sort of troll, and you're not calling me that, right? (your backtracking edits are entertainment in themself ;)
HJ has the goods if you want more info about the impacts of cuts in federal funding for UH's cancer and pharmaceutical research programs as well as allowing you to look up their previous accomplishments - Warning, Science Ahead! (think of the tako poke bowl you could make!) (sorry kalianna - but maybe the info will help if you get he'e in the catchment?)
