And then, perhaps maybe one could say a short little "quippy" response to the core problem as was said here.

But most importantly, the core problem is probably best explained here where it is mentioned that respirable crystalline silica (RCS), which is after all, what is being blown about by the use of a leaf blower in this case, being classed as a Group 1 carcinogen.
