Isn't the information DF posted in his latest post discussing the EO tariffs issued under the IEEPA, recently deemed illegal by the SCOTUS the very SAME tariffs you have consistently ignored, refused to believe and have never acknowledged ever existing?
Wouldn't that be considered reckless disregard for the truth, or actual malice, or both?
