Puna internet options - the good, the bad, and the ugly

How does Starlink do in heavy downpours?   Google says it requires a 100 degree cone of the sky.  Anyone experience problems related to this need for an unobstructed view?

The Starlink app reports any connectivity issues. In the just now 4 months of using it, I had 1 weather related issue over the weekend during a very heavy rain that lasted less than 2 minutes. It was up all day during the heavy rain and thunderstorms. Outside of that, it has been up 24/7 since the day we installed them.

Both our houses have total unobstructed 100 degree cones of the sky view and once we figured out its approximate orientation, you use the app to align it exactly where it needs to go.

Only interesting thing to note, it does frequently change the public IP address, but I can understand that.
