Funding is good. Many things that are funded here in Puna, should, IMO, be funded. The question is by whom. You and other whingers here feel the need for a huge Federal Government to fund and decide everything for everyone. That's how we end up with a massive standing military and dead little girls.
The majority of us, think financing and decision-making are better done closer to home. Centralization vs. decentralization. Simple.
