DHHL is not the best example to cite of

I have to agree with you there.  Bribery, mismanagement, and corruption is certainly not what I like to see my money spent on, but the people with the purse strings seem to make DHHL look like a bunch of small time stooges in comparison to what’s wasted elsewhere.

At least, maybe, a few Hawaiian families would get on the land as management mismanages the process.  It would be more constructive than destructive.
