General Plan approved despite fervent opposition

I don't know what all the exitement over the General Plan is about. We all know it will be ignored and the usual large land owners, political good old boys/girls, and unions will do whatever they want wherever they want. Remember the Puna Community Development Plan? That was a huge effort for absolutely nothing.
