Hawaii Scrambles for Eggs - Farmers Feel Low in Pecking Order
#9
Dude, at this stage, the penciling out part is weak but perhaps we could eggsport the eggcess product.  I'm sure many uses could ensue here in Hawaii.  The proponents do seem to have a "build it and they will come" home to roost mentality.  Worst case scenario you can make great feed to cycle back to the birds.  Right now the waste is definitely something that an isolated island needs to brood over, and this egg idea is potentially viable in solving that.  It seems to be an idea that we poached from the mainland where 30% of eggs are processed in egg cracking facilities for ultimate use in dozens of ways like liquid, frozen, dried, food service, baking, restaurants, institutions, manufacturers, and more.  Of all of the hard boiled ideas that Hawaii gets involved in, this is one that I feel should be allowed to incubate.

Haha MyMan!  Green eggs indeed.  They would love it.

Great idea Edge.  Kids on KP duty would be a strut in the right direction!
