Not sure how https://votehawaii.org was chosen as some reliable source of information to begin with, but seems to be a good daily reminder why not to trust AI slop projects (or maybe that KKCR's Dr. Yogi, Kaua'i chiropractor and yoga instructor, is the more reliable source for local politics. ;)
Durian Fiend - Everything posted in this thread about Hunt to date has made him less appealing to me.
Yeah, geothermal skeptics and Great Barrington Declaration supporters is quite the thin slice of the electorate to appeal to - maybe needs to try and leave some contrarianism for the rest of Puna. Can always RSVP and ask him his thoughts directly at the meet and greet tomorrow, July 17th, which also includes Tanya Aynessazian, who is running in State Senate District 2 (that's most of Puna, not State Senate District 4) against Joy San Buenaventura.
