Tam has sued the Hawaii dept of Commerce because they need an AI safety policy and I suspect he has all the answers because his initial complaint is over 32 pages and I didn't bother down loading it.
This was part of it:
COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT AND INJUNCTIVE RELIEF COMPREHENSIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SAFETY REGULATION
This is a current case.
He has 2 against the Dept of Taxation and he even names names of the employees who didn't treat him nicely.
The initial complaint is 72 pages and too large to post here.
Both of those cases appear to have been abandoned by Tam after the judge in both cases posted this:
