I hope these important EBT farming operations are not affected. It would be terrible if folks on the dole were not able to get free-range organic chicken at $20/lb, or they/them chia seeds from fair-trade Peruvian shamans, etc.

Still though, dick move playing gotcha with our local businesses just because someone made an honest mistake.

Choices, choices! SNAP is relatively generous in Hawaii, but it only goes so far.   BTW, Keaau natural foods has not sold any meat products in the past.   Will they change course with new ownership?  I kinda doubt it.
