HPPOA recently cut trees along Kaloli Drive from Beach Road to the highway. 20 feet from the edge of the roadway. This is the area where you cannot build. On side streets it is 10 feet. They regularly mow the lawn along the roadway. They place traffic signs not on the road but in the setback.
