Can you please clarify for us who you mean by "the people of Hawaii" for whom you proclaim yourself to speak? Do your "people" include WHITE boomer capatilist colonizers, like our rotund, WHITE, capitalist, transplant Governor Josh Green, who when he is not building his super PAC war chest, is dead set on bringing a huge, Japanese, JERA fossil fuel burning monolith to our shores, which of course he will derive no personal benefit (AKA corruption) from? If not, and you just mean folks defined as Native Hawaiian people of Hawaii, who's souls are brutalized by WHITE colonizers who maintain the inconceivable (to Hawaiians) fantasy that they "own" a TMK (random evil capitalist abstraction) in The Waipio Valley, then wouldn't "the people" be likely to prefer an Ali'i chosen by their God? Maybe you believe they would want you to continue to speak for them and choose their leader?
