This all reminds me of an old ditty that begins, "Here I sit, broken hearted..."

I can't believe that anyone would make such an insensitive comment that more or less equates the recent Kilauea volcanic activity and by extension, insults the Hawaiian Culture's embrace of the revered Hawaiian goddess of fire, lightning, wind, and volcanoes and of all sacredness of Madame Pele with a ditty about flatulence and bowel movements.

Talk about beyond the pale...
