I believe he meant that people NOT living in Puna are the ones who don't matter, regarding their negative attitude toward Puna residential areas.  Who has described your subdivision as a ghetto?  I can only recall yourself identifying in this manner on several occasions.

In retrospect, I probably should be proud that it seems from Moderators to the general PunaWeb posters, my posts seem to always be read, whereas one posters posts are seemingly never read.
