That could be. But considering that dozens of multi-million-dollar homes of famous celebrities in Beverly Hills, Malibu, Bel Air, Hollywood Hills etc., have been robbed and vandalized, quite often while the owner is in the house, all with an abundant amount of paved roads, underground utilities and lighting fast fiber optic internet, while paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in property taxes, I don't see any connection.
