HMSA is raising their rates because their rates didn't cover their costs.
I belong to a Delta Employee retiree group. It is thru Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia and I have a Supplemental Plan and my monthly fee is going down $9.00.
The advantage plans are all increasing in cost slightly.
The problem in Hawaii is HMSA !
