Caladiums and Cannas in Hawaii
#5
I had lots of established caladiums in my Hilo garden. Most went dormant or nearly so in winter. They came back just fine. They are vulnerable to slugs -- speaking of getting ragged, but not so much they weren't pretty. They even did OK in full sun although they prefer filtered light and can handle true shade.

My cannas all got unsightly rust ... especially the striped leaf ones.
Glad to hear yours are thriving.
