I see the county is talking about adopting the code
everyone involved in construction should read the thing(the code) before that happens.
I was involved in code enforcement in ny when the IBC was adopted. and the energy code section is enuff to make you bang your head on the desk.
if adopted without changes.it will have a significant impact on cost and design
