I'd like to mention something.
When it comes to politics and reading statements... when they mention that they will listen to only 3 minutes from each person... it is very vital to get to the point.
Three minutes goes by faster than you think and it sucks when you are cut off mid-thought w/out even getting to what you state.
My suggestion when giving testimony.
State your name, where you live, whether you are for or against the PCDP, and then a simple statement that states why you are for or against it.
Politicians don't like to listen to rambling testimony.... trust me on this. [
