Jay, The Final Draft, with it's sudden acquisition of "amendments" and the subsequent rafts of amendments to amend those "amendments" and the following rafts of amendments to the amendments is really too hard for a volunteer community to keep up with. I suspect that that is the actual intent and purpose since that is what is going on.

On this basis I invite you to the rally tomorrow.
