Important questions about the PCDP

Thanks Rob, I appreciate the invitation to participate in the process. I will consider it. Still, admittedly, being the hard-case I am about such things, I find it very difficult to support a "Plan" which at this point is clearly full of all sorts of unknown clauses, and will induce all sorts of unknown effects on the community. I think at some very basic level it's irresponsible to "support" what you don't understand. At this point, I certainly don't understand. But seeing what I can of what is getting stuck in there, I'm getting a fair picture. . .and I don't care for it.

That being said, there must be immense frustration on your part at this point of the process, and others of good will involved, to see what looks to me more or less a hijacking. It would be difficult at this moment to even take a good look at the "Final Draft" in fear that one would find something wholly unrecognizable, but about to pass and become policy. I am empathetic about the situation. I would personally find the responsibility of my involvement pretty difficult at this moment.

So, at any rate, pass or no, good or ill--thanks to those of you involved in the process and the damn fine try you've made to attempt to create a better future here in Puna.
