Please help the County of Hawaii prepare for CDP implementation and to
improve future CDPs by taking a short online survey:

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=pI...ZdVQ_3d_3d

The survey can be completed in 10-20 minutes and will only be available
until August 24, so please complete it today.

Please also encourage other community members to complete the survey. The
more feedback the County gets, the more it can do to improve its work with
communities. Hard copies of the survey are available upon request.
