Next Tuesday the 26th at 6:00 PM at the Pahoa Neighborhood Facility.

This first meeting...

"Members will agree upon the time and place for future meetings and will also execute a Charter that outlines the rules and responsibilities for the Advisory task Force"

I would gather it's a public meeting, however, nothing on the notice that I received made mention of inviting the public.

So if people do show up, and it's a closed door meeting.... I apologize in advance.
