Grading & Grubbing Ordinance update

A lot of the demand for new G&G regs stems from oceanside developer grading which badly affected the ocean and reefs with erosion and mud flows. The builders involved were certainly wealthy enough and capable enough to have avoided the problems if they had given a damn. Their repeated actions illustrated that they did not give a damn.

I think it perfectly appropriate for G&G regulations to apply county wide. What will shift from district to district are the maps of the forested areas of concern.
