All my usual drafts people either have too many projects, or have moved on to not doing drawings, or way to high priced or dont do as-builts...
This is an as-built - simple stuff - 1400 SF - email me if interested - client can pay to $1 SF. Rectangle old plantation bldg that has existing finaled permit.
