At any event, with all of today's instant everything, hi speed internet and ultra high def iPhone cameras and the like, why the need to lift pictures off of cooking websites and/or right wing propaganda websites when you could just take a quick pic of the delicious avocado/egg toast you so proudly claim you just made?
As an "above average" Punawebber (whatever that is), you should be able to employ reading comprehension and answer that legitimate question for yourself. Aloha from the below average Punawebber crew.
My go to place for recipes for very inexpensive, delicious and wholesome meals, with most ingredients very easy to have on hand, or having to buy with some ingredients that you can even raise yourself right here in Hawaii, and very economically too, is John Witherspoon and his YouTube Channel "Cooking for Poor People."
His channel has whole bevy full of inexpensive and delicious recipes along with a very detailed and entertaining way of how to cook them!
And while quite entertaining, it may be a bit more geared to the adult humor side, so parental discretion is advised.
I'm off to prepare to make fried chicken tonight. And "never let them know what you're drinking!"

Having returned from the groceries run to Hilo, I can report that even on day 376, the prices have still not gone down yet, can you believe it, and while I was standing there disbelieving my lying eyes, who should I see coming up the aisle pushing a wagon, but a troll, big troll, strong troll, with tears running down his snout, and he said to me, he said, people are just so mean, and when asked why, he blubbered that no one wanted all the poop he was freely spraying everywhere (was surprisingly quite civil as trolls go, aside from the spreading of poo poo on the walls, and his language not being presicely[sic] intelligible), and he went on about how everyone is complaining about people being hungry and he had all this excrement to share and I tried to explain that while he might like to roll around in and eat crap, most people don't, but he just wouldn't listen and as I carefully backed away I thought, poor thang, should send out an invite, try to talk things over, and have 'em for dinner, but on the way out got distracted as I had to make sure to grab a new ball, as someone took the last one and headed home saying something about being scared of soy, and while I couldn't find one with the same β on it, there was a special one with an α, which hopefully is acceptable for those left tardy, just hanging around, ladies included, but probably best to let them speak for themselves and whomever else they choose to carry water for, but when I got back what, from this week, did I read, but the news today, oh boy, that groceries in Hawai'i are the still the highest in the US, just as that thread title on Punaweb says, having gone up roughly 10% this year alone, and food isn't free for most people, and actually food insecurity is trending higher in Hawai'i and now I don't know who to believe, reality and all the multiple sources of evidence possible, or ignominious lying con-men and their lackeys...

If you have ever lived with Hawaiians, as I have, you learn to keep rice going at all times and how to put all kinds of things in there to make a quick snack or meal. I realized, after the fact, that it was just the type of cheap breakfast that might help some of our struggling transplants that need ideas on how to survive here, but I did not take a picture. I was confident that I could get a picture if I typed "bananas and rice" into Perplexity which is a free AI that was introduced to many of us Punawebbers by Ms. Ferret. The photo I posted did not come from any of the suggested sources. The photo I posted is the first one that comes up when you type "bananas and rice" into Perplexity.
OK, so trying to be fair, putting all assumptions aside and in the spirit of good will and peace, I did try your link in an attempt to see the perplexity.ai full recipe for bananas and rice. I thought heck, why not try it. I got rice and I got bananas so - lets go for it. I do not have any apple cider vinegar, however, but its now on the shopping list!
However, once I copied the link and pasted it into my browser and hit go, I don't think the results one gets (at least the ones I got) bolsters your argument very well, but in fact reinforces what most others are saying about it.

Ah, the good ol' double entendre. This is Puna after all..
