Unrealistic expectations
I have Spectrum. It works almost all the time. It’s super fast almost all the time. I have five streaming services because they play movies seamlessly at 1080p or 720p without buffering. The rare downtime here in Hawaii is probably no more often than on the mainland.

Unrealistic expectations are a symptom of misplaced entitlement. Talk to your doctor about moving to the first world.
Aren't you the one that always bitching about not having your expectation's met ?
If there is an outage, they should have something better than a phone bot !

Perhaps chill pills and pacifiers delivered to the affected areas.

A bill credit would be sufficient.

They will give you a credit but you have to ask for it. I'd rather have the chill pill. I'll ask for that next time.
Certainty will be the death of us.

If you have enough internet to engage the chatbot, then just use that internet instead of Spectrum?
Yes, running a VPN and then a VNC using my phone as a hotspot with all the other software apps I need to work from home, while paying spectrum for the bandwidth I need but didn't get is just fine. So I tried to figure out why I was unable to do my work. How is that such a bad thing to do? And sorry, leilanidude, your response was just as lame.

@TomK - Constantly overthinking things is the problem. Think about it...

I have gigabit fiber and pay Verizon for phone service that I don't get. Living in the country is a compromise. Expecting better is a fool's errand.
If bandwidth is that important, get a backup, or move somewhere that has better service.

I thought L-Dude had the most on-point comment/question on this entire thread.

And what would that backup be?
