Any time a poster has been sent on vacation, it is typically announced. Depending on who has been sent on vacation and/or what they have been sent on vacation for, others might come forward and thank the moderator. Regardless, you are not the first and not the last.

I agree with TomK that it isn't 'cool to comment about you when you cannot respond.

Hilo Julie, you have ridiculed and belittled me numerous times on this platform. In addition, you "saying" that I "should" discuss with my doctor is not your perogative and smacks of arrogance. You are not a doctor, and I did not ask you for your opinion, regarding my health (mental or other) or what you think I "should" do.

I am quite aware of "preservation." I am quite aware of autism, ADHD, stimming, and possibly KNOW a lot more about these and related topics than most (even you), considering I have an older son who is on the spectrum. And had NO "professional" support system growing up, because U.S. doctors and the education professionals were clueless about how to deal with kids "on the spectrum" at that time. So, I had to do my own research, mostly consulting with British and other European professionals who had conducted numerous studies, implemented various "treatments."

Your ego is astounding. And your hypocrisy is just that- you were never being helpful or kind.

As for being sent on vacation. "Cool." I know what transpired and I know that what some have said is untruth. If some of you wish to ignore the truth that I have given, then so be it. But if you do, to another "newbie," what you have done to me, let me suggest that you TRY to have an open mind. TRY not to just rely on the handful of clever people that seem to think they "know it all" and because they do, everyone should just respect and not question their "wisdom."

I have said enough for today. And SHARED personal info which I rarely do, if ever.

I have only stated my opinion of your words. Maybe that comes off to you as me trying to “ridicule” or being “belittled” but it’s really not. What it is, is yet another projection and attempt to twist responses to your words into making YOU the victim. It has no basis in reality – in any sense of the word.

And while, yes, I am not a doctor, you are not a lawyer. But, as YOU stated about medical issues, and I quote “and possibly KNOW a lot more about these and related topics than most (even you)” 

Yes, again, YOU know more. And only YOU.

Now, I submit the following:

PEDANTIC:

1. Ostentatious in one's learning.
2. Overly concerned with minute details or formalisms, especially in teaching.

As a lawyer, being “pedantic” is a highly sought after trait with specific clients (also called a commodity) so that in the future any and all possible claims are virtually eliminated due to the specific “threading the eye of the needle” detail. There is a saying of “keeping it in-between the goal posts” versus “threading the needle.” When dealing with most legal issues, the goal post method can let the guilty go free and the innocent made guilty. Makes the burden of proof become more or less an opinion versus real fact. On the other hand, a lawyer who can thread the needle with specific attention to detail usually wins the case and protects the client very easily.

Imagine if the Watumull’s had a “pedantic” lawyer when the deed restrictions were made. Your case would either have been lost – or won in a very few short minutes, versus the decades it has languished and will continue to languish for a long long time to come.

So, calling me “pedantic” is a complement. And made me a very successful and sought after copyright lawyer in a career that spanned nearly 40 years.

PERSEVERATION:

1. Continuation of something (such as an activity or thought) usually to an extreme degree or beyond a desired point.
2. The continual involuntary repetition of a thought or behavior.

As for me stating you should discuss “perseveration” with your doctor it is because you simply are displaying the EXACT characteristics of what “perseveration” truly is.

You have made over 160 plus posts in three threads – about and only about the mailbox parks and road fees in HPP. Over and over you stated virtually the same things. Posting the same documents over and over. The same argument over and over. No matter what any other poster asked or critiqued, it was the virtual same response over and over.

And now with the whole Kane thread and your vacation, you’ve made over 40 additional posts over 3 additional threads and now you have to come in and, once again, post another rehash of virtually word for word the whole issue all over again.

What else, besides perseveration is this mentality called? Why did you wake up and feel it necessary to once again, log in to PunaWeb and make a bullet point outline of the same crap you have hashed out over and over again and again? It’s like losing your car keys but you only look for them in one place – where they are not. Over and over. For hours and days on end.

Additionally, your posts have 2 common traits. Once someone agrees with you, you are all warm and fuzzy and spout off “aloha” left and right. But when the critique starts – oh gosh, watch out. You become the poor victim everyone is beating up.

The “I am right and everyone else is wrong” along with the “everyone is a liar, but only I say the truth” mentality is totally ingrained in you. Even your post when PunaWeb is stricken with some type of database issue causing a bunch of warnings to be displayed, your immediate INSINUATION is that you have been relegated into only replying to YOUR own posts – like it’s all because everyone is against YOU. (I see you now did apologize for that. But your initial thoughts were “there out to get ME!!!”)

Your debate style reminds me of these teen punks on YouTube who, in order to get likes and up votes, go out and film themselves “pranking” some unsuspecting innocent person, by say shoving a camera in their face – following them around – and keep shoving the camera into their face. Your postings come under the same mentality. But when one of those pranks goes wrong and the victim of the prank fights back or shoves their camera into the prankster's face, just like the prankster, you resort to screaming and turn yourself into the poor victim being unfairly targeted.

I also especially like your comment to me, and I quote: “In fact, everything you say seems like a lot. Paragraphs and paragraphs...”

This coming from YOU who has posted and quoted and reposted and requoted – most times the same quote on page after page after page of virtually the same words over and over and over – the projection and hypocrisy you display is really alarming.

Further, and as I mentioned in my fifth paragraph, another example of your hypocrisy is that you state:

So, yes, I guess, you and only you, are the sheer expert at everything, and everybody else should just shut up and listen as YOU and only YOU know better than everyone else. Your hypocrisy drips like a firehose on full blast – and yet you don’t even realize it.

You also lie. You lie – to suit your narrative when it suits you to do so. For example, I’ve asked you 5 or 6 times why you have your profile set to “hidden” or “invisible.” The first few times was no answer. Then it was a non-answer answer of “ask me anything, I have nothing to hide.” Then its “oh, I did not know my profile was set that way.” Along with a pompous smug retort of “SHRUG.”

It takes 4 separate and deliberate keystrokes to set your profile to hidden. Why do you have to dance around the question, never answer the question and then resort to lying. Truly astounding and void of any real sincerity or convictions.

Hypocrisy, projection and lying. Not good traits to have. I won’t even discuss YOUR ego – other than to say I am surprised your head fits thru any normal sized doorway.

Also of note, you have not contributed to ANY OTHER thread on PunaWeb, well – outside of maybe a drive by – “ohh I like that” type of response on a few threads, but outside of the constant drum beating of HPP mailboxes and road fees and now the “poor me I was put on vacation” and the endless and unwarranted attacks of Moderator 2, you have contributed not one damn thing to PunaWeb and now you have the unmitigated gall to suggest how PunaWeb should be moderated in the future?

On one of your endless posts attacking Moderator 2 as well as on your Facebook page about your PunaWeb vacation, you said the actions of Moderator 2 were “More like cold and controlling.” When in reality, when you were put on vacation - it’s YOU who lost control and it’s you who became cold - and boy oh boy that sure puts your “knickers in a twist.”

My guess is that if I went to your Facebook page and started to make post after post of things you did not agree with or like, I bet I would be banned off your page in a New York second! But you more or less demand an unmoderated pulpit to spew your words, while desiring immunity, but if the tables were flipped around – you would be banning people left and right for doing exactly what you have done and continue to do here on PunaWeb. More hypocrisy.

And now, I see your newest fixation is on the word “clever.” You have already made several posts on this thread where you have embedded the word "clever.” And even used it on another thread!

I’m sure we can look forward to 3 maybe even 4 threads – 100 plus posts – all about being “clever.”

So, in conclusion, Patricia, I am over and out with you. I will no long respond to you in any fashion whatsoever. May your longevity here at PunaWeb be what Rob and/or Moderator 2 desire it to be. I truly sympathize with the HPP residents who have to contend with you.

Feel free to reply, or not, although, I am quite sure your PERSEVERATION ailment(s) will force you into replying. And, I am also quite sure, any reply will just be a rehash of everything you have already said over and over. Again.

OMG, it's the wordsmith. Except, I read about the first paragraph, skimmed through the rest- not compelling at all.

I have never been a "victim." Just calling out the bullies on this platform, and I obviously must have hit a nerve- why else go on, and on, and on...

Has anyone ever noticed how many visitors, at any one time, are skimming the PW pages? Has anyone ever noticed how few of them actually say anything? Engage, at all? It is always, pretty much, a handful of the same "names."

I thought PW would be a good place to discuss. Some of you seem so clever- and boy, don't you know it. But think I will just skim, like the majority, and watch the vocal minority sarcastically compete, wit for wit, with one another- or tear each other apart.

These mostly aren't Punaweb users, they're "guests".  Some of them might be Punaweb users who aren't logged in, or someone who stumbled across the site, but 99% of them are bots.  Some of them are legitimate, like search engine crawlers, but mostly they are security bots, malware scanners, spam bots, etc.  They scan forums like this one all over the internet 24/7 looking for something they can exploit.  The bots are constantly being updated with new things to look for, so the scanning never stops. Some of them are operated by various alphabet agencies of governments throughout the world, but most of them are operated by the criminals who aren't above the law. Because of AI, expect these to continuously increase.
