one of the big problems in my area is having kazo barry for a neighbor, never ending madness . attended the HACA association meeting on Sunday , it was depressing there are only 270 paid members in the association out of the 4000 lot owners , and understandable no leadership or direction for our community.

Far as I know, HPD doesn't dig through these forums looking for leads, they expect people to call them about the gunshots/dead animals/threatening neighbors.
Suggest you do that instead of posting.

i do and generally after the call is made the shots stop . a lot of hawaiian acres people read this page . its another way to find out what is going on around you in the area thats the reason for the post. to share information .

I would like to thank whoever placed the rocks on several of the roads,,, mahalo ,,, the weather has been dry mostly and the roads suffer from both dry and wet,, hahhaha also a huge number of rats have popped up,,, they seem to be everywhere , anyone else having a rodent problem ?

the dog still alive when i found him was on lower half of road C near 9 . gunshot on back of road 11 near C .
yes the rocks on the road are a help for the craters. and the weather is promoting rats to come out of their lairs . one neighbor use to say that the rats moved throughout the acres in packs from one area to another.

Sounds like the best organized group in the subdivision.
If you find them, ask if they'd like to be on the board.

idea the neighbor had about the pack of maundering rats was funny , but i like your idea even better since this new board is not following by-laws or communicating effectively with the membership.
