From whom, the president elect?  No one else was involved in her selection as far as we know.   She's surmounted the expected qualification of having any experience whatsoever in the intelligence field, so congrats for that-I guess.

I thought I would add this brief rundown of Tulsi’s positions, which as a wahine from Hawaii include a great deal of the Aloha spirit:
