I hope the last few posts show that it's impossible to understand the arguments about HPP management we see. I suspect I speak for many in HPP. This will go on ad infinitum. Paranoia seems to be driving this. Punatalk is not the place to fix HPP's problems.

There are problems with HPP management. We all know this. Continually posting stuff that hardly anyone reads or understands does not help, and it makes it even worse when those continually complaining completely miss the point and accuse people of being someone else. It smacks of paranoia.

Do those who continually accuse Obie of being something to do with HPP realize how foolish they appear? I guess not.

I'm constantly amused by the notion that "the rules" can be used to manage the problem of a "rogue board" that constantly "ignores the rules".

Use a bigger hammer. Better yet, nuke it from orbit, then start over.

There were 2 posts removed Tom, mine and Obie's. Therefore there's a gap of missing info. My post had nothing to do w/Obie. Too quick to make a negative judgment Tom w/out having all the evidence in hand.

Oftentimes your posts here are in defense of someone who is not a friend of HPP. Bc you think differently doesn't mean you are right. There are many people in HPP who know who this person is in "real life".

Just bc you don't understand what's being posted here, doesn't mean that's true of others so that's an unfair statement and judgment. There are lots of people who read this thread AND GET IT, and it's caused the tide to change, obviously unbeknownst to you. This thread has been a catalyst to change bc people are getting informed. To call it paranoia makes it very evident that you know very little about what's going on and it's probably best not to pass judgement about the hundreds of people who read this thread WHO GET IT, AND the people who post here.

Thanks to Rob's forum, many HPP people ARE getting informed. HPP's website's in the dark ages when it comes to interacting w/members and getting current information out. Many feel it's been intentional.

I have two properties in HPP. I vote on all issues for which I receive ballots. I pay my fees. I don't understand what's being posted here. I'm totally confused as to what's going on with the board and management. I don't get it. I don't know if it's high, low, neap or even the Crimson Tide. This thread on this forum has not made things any clearer for me. I don't feel informed. I have tried to read this HPP thread (and others) and NO I don't get it. Does anyone care?
