if this is the killing of Rubio... then the story of "answering the door" was a false report to the police by the murderer... as its now known the girlfriend who lived there killed him (and she called 911)... and it was a stab to the front upper abdominal area, not the back...

Remember, innocent until proven guilty. She ALLEGEDLY stabbed Rubio. Most folks I speak to who knew the couple personally don't believe that she was capable of killing him in that fashion. Many straight out believe that the wrong person was arrested. Perhaps she lured him outside to get stabbed by someone else? Did she have a motive for killing him? I'm sure this story will rival anything reality tv can put out. Some believe that she was involved with the killing, but wasn't necessarily the killer. Stay tuned....

Let's see, daddy government can consider bans on motor vehicles, pipes, axes, hammers, fertilizer,fuel,anything combustible, ....gee, when will anyone figure out that it is the "heart" of the person that determines if they kill or not. And don't forget, "good" people kill to defend themselves! We do have THAT right still, am I correct? [?]

Another one that keeps 'em guessing is if you hear something ... Wind up and slam a door real hard or kick door .. No lights on, no talking just that loud noise letting them know you know. ... Also scares away cats.

Interesting stuff being posted, as ever, but one thing I wish people wouldn't do is try to compare things such as violent crime rates in different countries. For instance, violent crime has a completely different definition in the US than the UK. The UK, for instance, counts many things as violent crime which the US does not. Another example is Canada, where they include all forms of assault as a violent crime whereas the US only includes aggravated assault in its violent crime rates. Comparing rates between countries is meaningless and utterly misleading. There, I've said all I will on the subject.

that Hammer kills more than Rifle stat is very misleading...
It really is Hammers kill more people than the Bushmaster Rifle (a gun not everyone has, yet everyone has a hammer or 2 or 5 like me)
I agree about the innocent til proven guilty thing... but in this case she was arrested the same day as murder... so Id bet good $$ she talked! or he talked before he died!

Just remember these idiots in England are the same ones who think having camera's monitor you 24/7 is a good idea. They really are to stupid to be allowed to reproduce. Unfortunately we seem to be buying into the same stupidity.
