If prices are down for Chinese materials then it may be wise to set up a simple online or contact info consortium to bring in less expensive but high quality materials. Container quantities by cleverly combining dismal orders. Designs with universal components could facilitate that.

Maybe stuff going be cheaper at HD by the end of the year?? How do the pro's make money going to HD every morning? HD fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders and they do a very good job that way.

My thought is that less common imported materials not currently available would be the target, not what can be already had on the shelves. Yes, the stores tend to keep those prices within reason.
