I know that the setback requirement for my lot in HPP is 20 feet from the property line for permanent construction. Is that also true for no permit required farm sheds? Thanks!

Believe "setback" applies to "anything above the ground (other than a fence)".

Setback for septic ("below the ground") is 5 feet.

Ag lots > 1 acre: front 30ft, side 20ft.
Ag lots < 1 acre > 0.5 acre: front 25ft, side 15ft.
Ag lots < 0.5 acre follow RS zoning setbacks.
RS < 10Ksf: front 15ft, side 8ft.
RS < 20Ksf, > 10Ksf: front 20ft, side 10ft.
RS > 20Ksf: front 25ft, side 15ft.

Open projections (roof overhang, stairs, porches, balconies, etc) may protrude 6ft into the front setback, 5ft into the sides.
