I've been wondering this question myself... for me it's less a concern of the physical conditions but more about when it becomes too difficult to make a living. I've been lucky so far but a lot of people are struggling for work around here and I can only see it getting worse. I've also seen a lot of good community members already move away so maybe the deal breaker is when all my friends have already gone!
