Katarina, you are evidently a TE supporter, and are attempting to distract people from the things that happened during the previous mgmt's tenure that led up to the terminations. The FOTE's want us to forget like Nhb wants us to forget. Where were YOU then Katarina? You obviously weren't involved enough to observe it for yourself. This isn't about FOB, this is about supporting those that follow our bylaws, whether it be a board member, a committee member, or an employee. I haven't heard any "FOB" on this thread for some time.
If you knew anything about me, you'd at least know, I am targeted quite often for defending our bylaws against ANYONE in mgmt or committees who aren't following them. Am under target by a few current board members, and have lost a friendship or two over it. How about you? I don't support liars, never have never will. I resigned from the HRC because of my strong moral code. Therefore, I don't get myself into any unethical or immoral positions. So "my dear", you better watch your step as you are defaming me with several of your accusations. Who's the liar?
I give others the benefit of the doubt first. I try not to make hasty judgements AND I believe in giving a chance for people to correct themselves. I won't be a party to any lynch mob like some are and that doesn't make me a FOB.
I knew the Treasurer before she became a board member. She has proven to be an honest trustworthy person. Go ask anyone that works/has worked with her.
I attended every meeting. Did you? The GM was told by the board bc of membership pressure, to get rid of the green waste ASAP at the Special Mtg in May 2014. The GM did not proceed with soliciting hauling bids after, ref the board minutes. Instead, some unilaterally decided to seek a DOH variance, w/out permission by vote at a board mtg,. Per our corporate policy, bids to haul the green waste away should've been done to get best price. This did not happen. It was the board's responsibility and the previous majority board failed the membership. It seems you don't know as much as you claim.
Why would I want to relive that invalid, volatile mess of a meeting again via video? Just bc there's a video doesn't mean you're getting ALL the facts. There's more to the story than that video can ever tell. Only people ignorant of the facts would think so.

Did you tell your TE's and previous majority board members to follow these instructions? Obviously not, and that's why we were in the chaos we were in prior to this board. When there are people who ARE NOT TE supporters, you broad stroke us all as FOB's. You're the one who's losing legitimacy when you keep making broad stroke inaccurate statements. Where's your humility?

You chose to read a lot into my post that was not written there, inner circle means a circle of people who are deciding behind closed doors what they want to happen. I consciously did not name a specific person.
I have only posted on this thread a handful of times, out of pages and pages of threads, so I don't know why you have your nose so out of joint because of my distrust that this board will do the right thing. I would prefer not to have that distrust, but it has been earned by their actions. I think for a lot of us a simple acknowledgement that mistakes were made, along with a promise to be more forthcoming and transparent in the future, and showing a commitment to actually follow the by laws, would go a long way to restore our confidence in this board.
You, on the other hand, act like you are either related to, married to, or best friends with, the people who created all the division and distrust by how they have handled their tenure on the HPPOA board. With your reflexive knee jerk mean spirited attacks and snide twisting of screen names your behavior is lot like that of a 6th grade mean girl whose clique is being threatened, and it really doesn't make the board you are defending so vigorously look any better.

Calling names and belittling others belongs to the fired employees support group. You can go back one page to calling the board clowns, or go way bay back...the name calling belongs to the fired employees group.
I use my own name. I am not hiding behind an anonymous name.
If you had been to any Board meetings you would know who I am. I introduce myself before speaking. I actually attend all the board meetings and I get involved. At the last meeting I spoke up about the RTSC and against the board decision. I have spoken both for and against the board.
Lots of assumptions and speculation on this thread.
I am not connected in any way to any board member, previous or current, regardless of your assumptions.
Is the object of this thread to only support the fired employees?
It seems so. Those of us who think those employees should have been fired are criticized and bullied.

Your claim is 100% false! At the time this took place I saw all 3 bids to remove the green waste. One from Ludwig, one from E&A and one from Earth Carvers. The lowest of the 3 was Earth Carvers and that is why the GM chose them to do the work. You have just defamed the former GM and I will let him know and see if wants to add you to the Jane Doe list. I know who you are and you have just made a very big mistake by making your statement public. You should not be able to get away with this type of personal and professional defamation.

Prove your claim by giving us the facts then. Why weren't the bids discussed at a board mtg with a full board present? There is no agenda nor are there board minutes discussing the hauling bids. You didn't state where you saw the bids. I know board members who never saw the bids. How is it you saw the bids when all board members DID NOT?
Edited to add an add'l and fair question: Why would mgmt solicit a contractor who hadn't completed their prior contract with us to bid on work that was connected to the unfinished job? Now maybe you've said too much...and the word is "defamation", not "deformation".

However, now that the question is out, I fully expect lots of posts from HPPdog acting as though he is now someone else, maybe he will even change his use of language, like Nhb did.
Wasn't it such a big deal about anonamous names posting here on this thread? Guess it only matters if the anonymous names are not on your side?
