laurie has started a new thread on Hawaiian acres issues , it is about the by law changes. It is apparent that the new boards priority is to change the by laws to suit their needs ,as well as change the dates and times of the meetings ,remaining non transparent and secretive by not informing the membership about the change in the meetings . there are less then 300 paid members left for HACA out of the possible 4000 lot owners , this latest move could be the last step in their complete collapse .

it is being reported from various HACA members that they have not received the proxy letter in the mail . so some of those members will not be getting the opportunity to vote on the by law changes . part of the problem with the new board lack of transparency
