I am truly amazed by the lack of truth and the constant denial that I've seen here. I truly thought that you all wanted answers. You obviously don't. You just want to whine and complain. Not only are your complaints not based in reality but you aren't willing to look at facts. Please contact me when you want to do something productive instead destructive. If you have ideas then l would love to hear them. If all you're goig to do is continue to take things out of context and berate people for attempting to help, then leave me out.

no one is whining. i have asked several times how much the load of material cost and you said you needed the invoice. when the truck leaves the quarry there is an invoice for the material and when it is delivered there is an invoice, so what was paid for the load of material put on C road.
what would you consider productive give money to HARC , because that is a constant come back from the HARC people give us money 20% of it goes to office/administrative and the rest goes to beautiful laminated signs . by the way how much was spent on the signs please share that information.

HACA there is no free wifi , you want people to pay $30.00 to hook up , there is nothing free i have no idea where such an absurd idea comes from. HACA is constanly asking for people to pay a membership fee to sign up for the private club.

We aren't given the invoice right away, we are billed later. You know all this already. POs for rock are written at $400, although they usually don't go that high. You know all this already. Although minutes for March haven't been approved yet, the total cost approved for 3 loads on C rd was $1200. Please come to our next meeting to get the financials for March. I would love it if people donated their time, or spent their time trying to increase membership rather than destroy it. The signs that harc put up (which are not those yellow laminated signs on 8 Rd. Don't know who did that), which were stolen apparently, were actually donated by a community member. I can't ask her to waste her money on thieves, so now we'll have to get them replaced. I don't know how much it costs to do that as they were previously donated. Admin costs will decrease when membership increases. As its a percentage, this should be obvious. However, we were able to reduce admin costs by 2% this year. Considering inflation, any reduction in overhead is impressive. 70% of dues go towards maintenance. This is an increase from 58% last year. Also is a good thing. I love answering questions when they're presented civilly. You've given me many opportunities to correct misinformation. When things are phrased as questions instead of accusations, it allows us to move forward. Anything else I can clarify?

what I do know is this ... tonight as I drove in about 6:00 pm I observed that the road was more flooded, water all over it, and then I noticed that either a box scraper or some type of dragging had taken place on the road. it has been pouring here all day .
so clarify this who or whom did the work, on this road in the rain , creating a bigger mess . the little bit of material that was sporadically tossed on the road is now in most places dragged to the side of the road. who ever did this job in the rain has absolutely no knowledge of road work . mud has been dragged to the center and to the sides , well just everywhere . in all my years of living here Never has anyone done box scrapping in the rain . all the material is now wasted as it has been dragged to the sides . the holes are bigger and the mud is everywhere.
the 4 of you self appointed people need to stop wasting the money. and at the very least get advice on how to maintain a road . ask Paul S. he has more knowledge about road maintenance in his little finger then the 4 of you have put together.
a huge mess , I followed a 4 wheel truck in that slowly navigated the mess that is now what is left of your repair.
if you people want to play road repair buy a sandbox . i'll donate shovels . lastly digging holes into private property to drain water is not repair , in fact HARC is being sued for that practice currently , have you not learned anything from the experience of court.
I am so disgusted by this complete and utter waste of money and unnecessary damage to the road. this HARC board is like a bunch of monkeys with machine guns . I cant believe the mess .

and oh yes if you are concerned about raking in more money , I intend to be out first thing in the morning for a photo op of your fine work and yes, however long it takes me I intend to send my pictures to all 4000 lot owners . I want everyone to see what great road work looks like

I often wonder if ALL this negative energy was put into something positive what would be the result? It is o.k. to bring up problems; however, I have not seen any type of creative solutions or ideas come for you guys. That would be justthefacts and 2bad4u. Those names alone say it all. I would say 2bad4us. So, what is the solution? Sending pictures to all 4000+ lot owners will not change anything without an alternative plan to rectify the perceived problem. So, what are your solutions?

cf , I find it impossible to believe that some person would get a piece of equipment, go out on a day when its pouring out and do a massive amount of road work. it is more plausible that the person who did it was paid, because they did not do this in an hour, this took some time. and more importantly the digging into private property is what HARC does. there has been more damage done to private property lots with absentee owners by HARC then can be counted . the upper part of C road is a fine example of what I am referring. I have pictures of the work/damage HARC did on private property. digging into private property to drain road water it is what HARC calls maintenance.
why don't you check tomorrow for yourself or call the road C rep . I will make some calls I am more then sure one of the residents here observed the tractor and I will get a description of it and the driver.
